At HeartStrong, we are working hard to help foster a way of being that is authentically living in reality and robustly receiving the beauty of True Love. We believe the greatest strength of heart does not come from performance or control but from True Love and trust.
We long to help as many as possible to see and live a more HeartStrong way. We mostly do this through coaching and consulting with leaders. We build intentional, long-term relationships with senior leaders who are a good fit for the HeartStrong Way. Meet Rick Pierce
Rick Pierce, founder and heart of HeartStrong, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a deep passion for helping individuals, especially those in leadership roles, navigate their emotional and relational complexities. With decades of experience in relational counseling, Rick offers profound wisdom and experience with deep empathy birthed out of his own experiences.
Having served in different church staff and elder roles, Rick has a long history with church and faith organizations. He has met with hundreds of pastors and executive leaders, often at the intersection of deep seasons of vulnerability.
Rick has served as an adjunct staff member of PastorServe ministry for over 15 years. He has extensive experience in church and leadership assessments, mediations, and reconciliation work.
